March 19, 2024 | A round table “Digitalization of the learning process in higher schools – identification and management model” was held on March 19, 2024 in the Great Conference Hall of the UNWE.
The forum aroused great interest and brought together representatives of the Ministry of Education and Science, the academic community and business, the rector’s and dean’s management of UNWE, heads of departments, teachers, doctoral students and students.
The official presidium was attended by the Deputy Minister of Education and Science, Prof. Ph.D. Genka Petrova, the rector of UNWE Prof. Dr. Dimitar Dimitrov, the vice-rector for institutional and business cooperation and student policies Prof. Dr. Tsvetana Stoyanova and Mr. Kalin Dimchev, executive director of Microsoft Bulgaria.
АТ the round table, special attention was paid to the presentation of the EUROCC2 project. Prof. K. Stefanova and Prof. V. Kisimov, who introduced the goals of the project, the main activities and guidelines for cooperation with business, academia and public administration. Good practices for applying innovative HPC+ and AI in transforming business processes and management activities were discussed. The exemplary services that the Bulgarian Center for Competence is developing as capacity and application technologies were also presented.
