The Memorandum creates a framework for a strategic partnership aimed at developing and improving the quality of education, research and innovation in the field of nuclear energy and nuclear safety, as well as for the preparation and implementation of joint projects under national and European programs. It envisages cooperation in a number of strategic areas among which are HPC+ technologies.
