This memorandum aims to create a sustainable framework for a strategic partnership between the UNWE and Via Solutions Ltd. in support of the development of human capital and education, the implementation of science-based solutions in management, the support of entrepreneurship and economic development, the promotion of youth employment, culture and innovation, as well as the development and implementation of joint projects under national and European programs, as well as for joint research activities that could be related to digital transformation utilizing big data analytics, AI, and innovative HPC+ technologies.
