February 12, 2024 І The university will cooperate with the Bulgarian-Italian company “DMD Consult 1” OOD (DMD Eco World), which is the exclusive commercial representation of the Italian plant Green World SRL, which produces 100% organically biodegradable and compostable flexible disposable packaging. The monitoring and processing of information in this area requires extraction, processing, and analysis of a variety of big data, for which the UNWE and built infrastructure and capacity.
The document was signed by the rector of UNWE Prof. Dr. Dimitar Dimitrov, Dr. Tommaso Lovati, General manager of Green World, and Daniela Dimitrova, Manager of “DMD Consult 1” OOD.
A discussion on “Green environmental solutions, an alternative to single-use plastics and waste management” was also held at the event with representatives of the chain “Mr. Bricolage”, the pharmaceutical company “Sopharmacy” and the company “Humana People to People”.
