March 19, 2024 | The Rector, Prof. Dr. Dimitar Dimitrov, and Eng. Ivan Yolov, Mayor of Iskar Municipality, signed a memorandum of cooperation between the University of National and World Economy and the Municipality. The memorandum expresses the desire of the two institutions for joint work and outlines the priority areas and forms of cooperation between the two institutions. It includes some of the possible areas for cooperation, such as opportunities for career development and realization of UNWE students, their meetings with practitioners, practices and internships, as well as a partnership of UNWE and the municipality of Iskar in studies and scientific research in the field of public administration, local self-government, conducting joint scientific events, trainings, competitions, joint application for projects and programs in the area of interests of both countries, organizing public events to present good practices in public administration.
