The Rector Prof. Dr. Dimitar Dimitrov and Peter Tornev, Managing Director of Accenture Bulgaria Ltd. signed a Memorandum of Cooperation. The Rector has focused on the unique opportunities the two institutions to cooperate in the field of big data analytics and parallel processing for research and application projects. UNWE is a member of the EuroCC2 project and with the other two Bulgarian partners – IICT, BAS and Sofia University will put efforts on supporting the business, public administration and academia to transfer information systems with the support of big data and HPC.
